Bobbie Cereghino, (they/them), is the Chief of Staff  at Caring Across. Prior to this role, Bobbie served as Senior Advisor to the Executive Director at the National Domestic Workers Alliance where they managed the executive office and workflow, and served as an advisor and proxy for Ai-jen Poo across her many interests, including with the leadership team at Caring Across. Bobbie considers themselves a jack of all trades, with over a decade of experience working across executive, development, communications, digital, program, and organizing teams working towards social justice in the realms of care, labor, environmental justice and sustainability, visual and performing arts, and international cultural exchange. They were raised in a large family in White Plains, New York, and pursued a passion for dance before finding a home within political and community organizing. Bobbie was formally educated at the University of Maryland, College Park, and credits Black women and queer leaders for their political analysis and values. Outside of their professional responsibilities, Bobbie is an organizer who finds inspiration in Audre Lorde’s words: “I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.”
