Hilary Albert, (she/her), Human Resources Manager, was born and raised in Orange County, California and now resides in the greater Pittsburgh area. She comes from a varied background with experience in funeral services, education, property management for affordable housing, renewable energy, and most recently Human Resources in nonprofit and for-profit organizations that provide care for aging adults. In all of these various industries, Hilary’s mission has always been to serve others and better the world around her. In addition to her HR functions, Hilary has been part of DEI initiatives in multiple organizations within the LGTBQ+ community. Caring Across Generations’ mission speaks directly to Hilary’s passions as she is the only child to her elderly parent across the country. Hilary knows how hard it is for families to find the funds and resources to provide effective care for their aging loved ones and is proudly serving for CAG’s mission for accessible care.

Outside of work, Hilary loves spending time with her family: her husband, their son, dog, and cat. Hilary is looking forward to completing her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Penn State. When she isn’t working or doing homework, Hilary loves getting cozy with a book and a cup of tea, baking new recipes, finding and collecting antiques and oddities, crafting various projects, and enjoying the outdoors.
